Cherokee Hotel & Casino West Siloam Springs

We were there for the Friday 04/01/22 , machines were broken, butttons were stuck, sometimes you have to hit them to get them to play. Staff is pretty rude , took forever to get any jackpots. Security guard is a total ass thinking he can push people around all because of a cashier who said spouse cussed her out, when he wasnt calling her a b**** or a c*** like she said , which is 2 times she has said that spouse did and both times we were excorted out. As were leaving the security guard continued to harass my spouse as were walking out. Pretty sorry of treating customers who spend thousands and thousands there that way. When there is others in the casino who are drunk and being rowdy , hitting the screens every time it doesnt hit but want to kick people out who spends thousands upon thousands there. This is 2 times its happened and its been same cashier who does jackpots in high limits room.. They shouldnt be kicking out the ones who pay to play. Looks really bad on this casino.

Went today, day after Thanksgiving. The place was pretty packed and busy. The free play is very minimal in my opinion for how much I have played there. They send me free gifts often but it is days and times that are not convenient for the average working person (ex: 5 to 8 pm on a Sunday) so I have not been able to pick up any “free gift” You can’t go to the rewards club counter because it is closed and taped off, you have to go the cashiers desk for any service. I seen several $1,400 jackpots mostly on $1 machines but the people were having to wait forever to get cashed out. I only seen 1 person cleaning around the machines the whole time I was there. I got 1 red screen and it spun 2 times with very small pay out. It seems to take forever for machines to hit and you better just cash out after that because it won’t hit anything for awhile after that.I like to be able to at least stay busy and play for a little bit but can’t seem to do that here as the machines just eat it up quick.There is so many machines I wanted to play and the buttons wouldn’t work or it wouldn’t take your money. They really need to fix some machines in a bad way. I probably won’t be going back anytime soon. I’m sure they are like everyone else right now and short staffed but maybe they should block some of the areas off if they can’t manage it properly and efficiently just my opinion again. This used to be a decent place to go but not much fun anymore. You can clearly see they are rolling in some money but not paying out near enough to the people.

This WAS a great casino, since COVID hit I guess they have no help, tons of broken machines, good luck getting food only 1 restaurant and you cannot even get an appetizer to go. Rewards desk is closed and now at the cashier. Hotel is nice but now instead of a food voucher you get a free breakfast voucher. Free play is very minimal and I have played there a Lot. Also they will not allow slot channels there unless you are famous.
